S. H. I. T. Day

Always learning from our fellow bloggers. Susan explains: So Happy It's Thursday.

The little art vehicles that crop up are part of the Downtown Lansing's Third Annual Sculpture in the Streets. In its first two years, the Sculpture in the Streets involved a showing of Seward Johnson's bronze realistic sculptures. They were fun to look at, but the local art scene wanted (rightfully) more input. This year General Motors donated 20 fiberglass mini-vehicles, and art teams got creative. Lots of fun.

And remember . . . we're so happy it's Thursday!
